A couple of weeks ago I was talking to friend of mine that was checking out my brand new blog. He suggested me to blog about the CRM and ERP, which are tools that are being used a lot in all sorts of companies of hundreds of industries . I thought It was a great Idea to start the eCommerce part of the blog with this topic. On this study there there was also found the adoptions for advanced applications, like the mobile versions for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), or ERP(Employee Relations Management), or FSA that had a boob in comparison to 2007. The Email apps and FSA and CRM are the ones that are most requested right now, because the companies want to be more productive, without been stuck in a no window office. Other apps that are being used are the soft phone applications, that make you access any of the companied phone from any computer from internet from any part of the world. Is one of the most success full tools because it makes you lower costs and boost productivity because the manager or employee can be communicated all the time. It is so nice to use you laptop from home and use the office phone.
The Paper and Pen are dying fast, I mean if you do a process using this “prehistoric method” instead of an automated one it will take you 20 times more time to do it. On the other hand using FSA will automate processes that technicians or supervisors who go out to the street and at the end of every task they will fill out a from o make collections attempt.
Automated programs can make our lives easier , we just need to get used to this new wave in Latin America so we can take full advantage of it!
